Welcome to my Blog!
Growing up, photography was a celebration in the form of slideshow parties in our living room. With each click of the carousel projector, a new vision would appear on our wall and stories would come alive. Upon moving from Michigan to Boston, I discovered my love of photography as it helped me both explore this new city and the emotions of living away from home and family.

Now, with a family of my own, the four of us have moved from Boston to New Zealand and this process has been renewed. This will be a place where you can read about our favorite experiences and adventures of life in Gisborne, New Zealand. I’ll write about our favorite places to sleep, eat and play during our travels here in the South Pacific and beyond.
