Bringing your “happy place” to you wherever you are. Do you have a place that is special to your heart, a place where a warmth of memories overflow when you enter into this space, a place that you’d love to have documented during this moment in time, a place so special that you would like to display it in your home or office? I would be honored to discuss the depth and meaning of this location with you. I will gracefully capture it through my lens with the honor and care that will allow you to proudly cherish it wherever you may be.
-Full Resolution digital files included. Images provided to you will be minimally processed JPG files, created from RAW files . Based upon your original commission specifications, I will then finely curate and provide you with a final selection of files selected from hundreds of images.
Fine art prints, custom framing and finishing sold a la carte or I will put you in touch with my amazing, local printer/framer.
Non-refundable deposit now, remaining amount paid in two equal installments via online invoice. First installment due one week prior to session. Second installment due one month from session date.
All past commission clients receive 10% discount.
Travel within 1 hour of Lexington, Massachusetts included.
Driving distance up to 4 hours from Lexington, MA: travel cost is approximately $150 per hour both directions (includes up to $2.90 per gallon regular fuel and total travel time). Travel fee invoiced separately based on mileage and current fuel costs.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, please reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your session time. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking time will be fully refunded via credit for future Mary Lynn Burke art (minus the deposit).
Something suddenly came up? Notify me within 8 hours of your session, reschedule within one month of your original session date to avoid session repayment or loss of original session payment. (Valid for sessions within ~1 hour of travel time from Lexington, MA. Further distance requires 12-24 hour notice or more.)
I will cancel in the event of rain for outdoor locations.
All purchases and use of photography created by Mary Lynn Burke indicates an agreement with my terms of use in my Content License Agreement.
